The Cabin Crew course is designed to prepare aspiring candidates for a rewarding career in the aviation industry as flight attendants. What you will learn
- Safety and emergency procedures: aircraft familiarisation, evacuation drills, fire fighting, first aid and ditching basics.
- In-flight service: galley operations, meal and beverage service, and special-category passengers.
- Passenger handling: boarding, announcements, managing difficult situations and cultural awareness.
- Grooming and personality development: airline grooming standards, body language and etiquette.
- Communication: spoken English, PA announcements and teamwork with the flight crew.
- Interview preparation: group discussions, mock interviews and resume building for airline selection.
