B.Sc Aviation Eligibility Criteria for 2026-27
Before initiating your B.Sc Aviation admission application, it is crucial to verify that you meet all the academic and physical standards mandated by regulatory bodies and the university. Meeting these benchmarks ensures a smooth verification process during counseling and enrollment.
Academic Qualifications
Candidates must have successfully completed their 10+2 (Higher Secondary) examination from a recognized state board, CBSE, ICSE, or equivalent board. While students from any stream are often eligible, having a strong foundation in Physics, Mathematics, and English is highly advantageous given the technical nature of flight navigation and aircraft systems.
Age and Medical Fitness
Applicants generally need to satisfy specific age limits as per university guidelines. Furthermore, because the aviation industry prioritizes safety and operational health, candidates are required to produce a Class II medical fitness certificate issued by a designated DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) medical examiner prior to commencing practical training modules.
